Completed in late 2025, this 10-townhouse development reflects Stuart’s hands-on approach to residential projects and community living.

Stuart lives within the development, as he has in previous townhouse projects. Living within the communities he builds gives him firsthand experience of how the homes function day to day, and how future projects can continue to improve over time.

For residents, it also creates a level of trust and accountability that is uncommon in residential development. The person responsible for the project remains visible, involved, and easy to contact long after completion.
