This 1000sqm double block in Waratah provided an opportunity to create a more generous townhouse layout than typically seen in the area.

Working alongside ELK Designs, Stuart developed six architecturally designed townhouses, each with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and separate living areas.

Raised raked ceilings to the first-floor living spaces created a stronger sense of light and openness throughout the homes. The project was well received by the market and helped inform the thinking behind Stuart’s later Charlestown developments.
